The OSD Birthday Week continues with Ask The Staff. You sent in questions to us and we opened our hearts and picked our brains for some of your questions. There was no action from you guys on our twitter page, but we got bombarded with emails, so thanks for those! We picked out some of our favourite questions, so check out our answers below and leave a comment if your question got answered!

Dan asked: “You love the women of wrestling but who are your favourite superstars?”
-Marc’s answer: My all time favourite is definately Eddie Guerrero! But currently my favourites are Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Zack Ryder, John Cena, Chris Jericho, William Regal and Sheamus!
-Marcella’s answer: My ultimate favorite wrestler is Triple H. I have always like Shawn Michaels, Goldust, and Jake the Snake Roberts. Currently, my favorite superstars are John Cena, Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and Ted Dibiase Jr.
-Trisha’s answer: I have been a Jeff Hardy fan since I first started watching wrestling. All the haters can hush. I also like other high-flyers, Evan Bourne, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Amazing Red, then there’s other guys like Chris Jericho, AJ Styles, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase, Randy Orton, I could go on and on, soo I will hush. I’m actually mostly a WWE fan, by the way, yet I like a few TNA Superstars, but that’s due to a lack of cruiserweight and tag division in WWE, they were (and are) my two favourite divisions, aside from Divas/Knockouts, of course!

Amy’s first question was: “What do you guys think of the other women of wrestling sites? “
-Marc’s answer: I think each site offers something different. Each site is unique. Personally, there’s one major site I don’t visit as I don’t like the way its run or the attitudes of the staff members in their posts, toward the women of wrestling and toward their readers.
-Marcella’s answer: To be honest, I don’t think about other women of wrestling sites. Before I came on here and Narcusgfx, I looked at some sites. Some I liked. Some I didn’t like. But when I got involved with OSD & Narcusgfx, I stopped viewing them. Why should I try to look at them for? I wouldn’t gain anything from looking and stalking other sites. I do go on forums and hear what people say about women of women of wrestling. So I do view forums, but unfortunately I don’t view other sites unless I’m on official OSD business or they are one of our affiliates.
-Trisha’s answer: I think they’re all unique. We all bring something different to the table, which I feel gives readers a genuine selection of what material they’d like to read. We don’t have any harsh comments towards any other Women of Wrestling site, just the message that we gotta keep doing what we’re doing!

Amy also asked: “If you had to wrestle one woman of wrestling, who would it be and why?”
-Marc’s answer: Probably Lita. Wrestling wise she’s my idol, so I it would be amazing to step in the ring with your idol! Plus, she’s majorly talented and I’d love the challenge!
-Marcella’s answer: I can’t just pick one! So I will pick two—one from TNA and the other from WWE. I would love to get into the ring with Velvet Sky. I don’t really know why. She seems to be more of my speed. I’m a klutz with an attitude. We would be on the same pace as we have a lot of similarities with each other. I really wouldn’t be able to keep up with fast paced girls, since I would blow out an already injured knee. The lady I would love to face in the WWE would be Maryse. Again, it would be for a similar reason. It seems like the best bet for me to go the safe route to wrestle people who have similar paces and attitudes in the ring. IF I would really want a challenge, I would go challenge Luna Vachon. If I wanted to throw caution to the wind, I would wanna face one of the first nutty women to grace the squared circle. Hey, I might as well show that I’m not another pretty face!
-Trisha’s answer: Hmm… Honestly, I’m not too sure! Someone who isn’t really good at what they do, otherwise I’d stand no chance and get crushed within a minute! You know what, scratch that. I’d give Sunny her last 15 minutes of fame… Her Facebook ramblings irk me beyond my lovestruck friend… Bring it on!

Sal asked: “Trisha, I was wondering what was the initial reason you decided to create a news site for divas. Also, for the other members, why did you decide to join this particular site?”
-Marc’s answer: Well I ran a women of wrestling news and media website, NARCUSGFX, alongside Marcella before deciding to close it down to rejuvenate OhSoDivalicious into the news site it is today!
-Marcella’s answer: I joined this site because Marc made me! Haha… we decided to close down Narcusgfx since he was getting more involved at OSD. So he took me along despite him knowing that I have a hectic schedule and life. And now, they can’t get rid of me even if they tried. ;]
-Trisha’s answer: I remember starting up as ‘just a media site’, but that got a little bit boring, so I started updating with photoshoots and the odd here & there bits. After the whole ‘Oh know! WWE’s coming after our fansites!’ issue, I was worried that fansites wouldn’t be around for my media so after hiring staff (My lovely close friends at first!) to take the load off of my shoulders, the ball started rolling & I like it!

Yasmin asked three questions. The first question for Trisha was: “How does it feel to be online for two years now?”
-Trisha’s answer: Amazing! I didn’t think that when I was playing around with HTML-ness for my first ‘proper’ site that it would grow into all of this.

Yasmin’s second question was also for Trisha: “How does it feel to be online for two years now?”
-Trisha’s answer: Fun. Fun. Fun. I enjoy doing it, so it’s fun for me. But I also enjoy making media, which I take a little more seriously seeing that I aspire to have a job to do with graphic design.

Yasmin’s third and final question: “If you had to take three things with you on a desert island, what would you guys take? (No people included!)”
-Marc’s answer: Ermmm, 1. a portable music player with everlasting battery and every song in the world on, 2. an endless supply of refreshments ;] and 3. my BED as it’s lovely! I didn’t take like phone or laptop or anything as there probably will be no signal or internet connection!
-Marcella’s answer: I would take electrical equipment such as my laptop, tv , & psp. The second thing I would take is a lifetime supply of food with refrigerator. And the third thing I would take would be my library of books. It’s gonna be lonely on that island. I need to read, eat, and watch wrestling. And of course, I would get to talk to my friends via the laptop!
-Trisha’s answer: A SUPER-Massive bottle of water (We’re talking a massive 5L/10L bottle here!), a knife for cutting things such as coconuts and a blanket for the floor! xD

Argenis asked: “What kind of job or career do you want?”
-Marc’s answer: I’m training to wrestle so honestly, a professional wrestler / pro wrestling career. Whether it’s WWE, TNA or the indy circuit, I don’t think I’d mind as I’d be living my dream! If I wasn’t doing that, then something with animals I think.
-Marcella’s answer: Well, I’m going to get my bachelors in less than a month!! I’m going to be a High School History Teacher. That’s what I always wanted to be since I was three years old! I really want to get into School Administration so I can become the Assistant Principal for either History or of Security. Eventually, I want to work as a professor at a university and work my way up to being a dean of the education department. I also wouldn’t mind becoming a manager for a wrestler… Hey Marc! ;]
-Trisha’s answer: I’d love to get into the Graphic Design industry. I’d like to have my own business, too! For me, Web Design is a hobby, but it helps with my Graphic Design skills all the same… Right now, I’m at the stage where I’m unsure, but it’s the stage where things need to be picked by me and clicked together and happen!!

Jasmina ROX! asked: “I love the color RED! What is your guys fave colours?”
-Marc’s answer: GREEN! I love orange, teal and purple though too!
-Marcella’s answer: That’s easy! Yellow!! I have always loved that color and always will! I like the sun and it’s just a happy color!
-Trisha’s answer: I like blue. I used to be a proper girly-girl and want EVERYTHING pink when I was little, but not anymore! Blue! (:

Teeny asked: “Who are you favourite women wrestlers?”
-Marc’s answer: My all time favourite and my idol is Lita. But I adore Sherri Martel and Nidia too! I love Jillian, Shelly Martinez, Alissa Flash, Rosa Mendes, Katie Lea and Angelina Love too! Vickie Guerrero is a fave also, even though she isn’t a full fledged wrestler!
-Marcella’s answer: Melina, Lita, The Beautiful People( Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, Madison Rayne, Lacey Von Erich) , Victoria/Tara, Rosa Mendes, Katie Lea, Raisha Saeed/Alissa Flash, Stephanie McMahon, Daffney, Molly Holly, Jazz, Shelly Martinez, Natalya, Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Terri Runnels, Mae Young, Gladys Kill Em Gillem, Fabulous Moolah, Sherri Martel, Trish Stratus, and Lauren Brooke & Vickie Guerrero ( even though they are not wrestlers!) I know I have much more as I have many favorites throughout the periods of wrestling that I have watched and been a fan of.
-Trisha’s answer: Torrie Wilson, Trish Stratus, Natalya Neidhart, Alissa Flash, Lita, Alicia Fox, Angelina Love & Melina.

Xenafan83asked: “What’s your guilty pleasure?”
-Marc’s answer: Sweet stuff and wrestling! I’m one for stuffing my face with chocolate and cakes and stuff, but I have sensitive teeth, so I can only take so much before I’m in agony! Plus, I’m training to wrestle and I love wrestling…can you count that as a guilty pleasure?
-Marcella’s answer: Watch Wrestling is my guilty pleasure. Writing on this site is a guilty pleasure of mine.
-Trisha’s answer: Eating ice-cream in the Winter! I just love ice-cream. (:

Janet asked: “I know you like Brooke Hogan as a singer, but what other singers and bands do you like?”
-Marc’s answer: Obviously I’m a huge fan of Brooke Hogan, but I LOVE Pink, Lady GaGa, Sugababes, Katy Perry, Cobra Starship, Shakira, AFI, Zebrahead, Within Temptation, The Luchagors, Black Eyed Peas, Lordi and tonnes more! I’d be here forever naming all of them. I’ve just discovered Adam Lambert too, and I think he’s awesome too!
-Marcella’s answer: Lady GaGa, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, PINK! I also love Black Eyed Peas, Cobra Starship, 3OH3,and many others! And by the way, I don’t love Brooke Hogan as a singer or a personality. She’s a decent musical artist, but I wouldn’t classify her as my favorite. She’s Marc’s favorite!
-Trisha’s answer: Britney Spears, Ke$ha, Beyonce, Rihanna (I’m LOVING her current Rated R dark era! ♥ ), Justin Timberlake, Paramore, Ciara, Lady Gaga, Nickelback, Kelly Clarkson, Cobra Starship, Linkin Park, Rev Theory… I like pretty much anything, I guess mostly pop/rock/r&b, but I’ll give it a chance if you recommend it to me!

ILOVEASKTHEDIVAS2009 asked: “If you were a wrestler, what would be your finisher and what would you name it?”
-Marc’s answer: Before I answer, nice name ‘ILOVEASKTHEDIVAS2009‘ :S. Well, I’m training to wrestle and I have two finishers! One is a 180 degree spinning facebuster called The Vaccination and the other is a full nelson bulldog, which is called The Royal Dream.
-Marcella’s answer: Easyy!! Valentine’s Massacre…. It’s a kick straight to the head!
CHI-DI-TI It’s a DDT! And of course The Royal Flush… which is a reverse ddt hold that you bash the person’s back into your knee and then you hit the a glam slam finish.
-Trisha’s answer: I’d find a way to suddenly be able to do the Shooting Star Press & I’d call it ‘Malteser Dive’ – I don’t just love the chocolate, I’m Maltese! Maltese pride, YAYA!

Charlotte asked: “What’s your favourite social networking site?”
-Marc’s answer: Facebook. Myspace is basically DEAD and I only use twitter for OhSoDivalicious. Facebook is the only personal one I really use. Plus, I HATE other social network sites like Bebo and whatnot! I actually really wish I wasn’t on ANY social networking site, but I would probably feel left out if I wasn’t! What a saddo..
-Marcella’s answer: My favorite social networking site is facebook! It’s easy and there’s sooo many games to play! And plus, there’s so many quizzes and such. When it’s a boring day ( that you have nothing to do) it’s a good way to kill time as you chat with your friends. It really helps me unwind after a stressful day!
-Trisha’s answer: Facebook all the way!! I like to ramble in my status updates, plus I’m addicted to a game or two! ;D

‘Jessica Rabbit’ asked: “What are your thoughs on the WrestleMania match between Women’s Champion Melina and the Dirty Diva Ashley Massaro? “
-Marc’s answer: Bless, this match was B A D! I still don’t think Ashley deserved a WrestleMania spot because she was utterly diabolical in the ring. She had too little experience compared to other veteran Divas who were in the WWE at that time like Jillian, Trinity and Shelly Martinez.
-Marcella’s answer: Ouch! It wasn’t a good match at all. There was no flow or chemistry between these two ladies. It would be okay to have this at a Raw, but at the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania, that’s shit! The girls tried to make the best of it. You live and you learn.
-Trisha’s answer: It shouldn’t have been a LumberJill Match & I’m glad that Melina won, I’m not Ashley’s biggest fan to put it bluntly. I also feel that Ashley wasn’t ready for the title.

But ‘Jessica Rabbit’ is also in a love turmoil! She had the following piece of advice for us to answer: “Me and this boy like each other alot but we went out with each other before in the past and it didn’t work out, as we were better as friends and we fell out for ages and didn’t speak! But we are best friends again now and we still really like each other. Should we risk it all again?”
-Marc’s answer: I kinda went through the same situation and I don’t wanna be a downer, but it never worked out for me! In my experience, I think I was in the right frame of mind not to date someone like that as we were better off as friends and she was way too much. I wanted her, but she wanted me, everything and more. It wasn’t right, but bless, now she has driven all of her friends away. So I would stay far away from the luuuuuuuurve boundaries and stick as being BFF. If anything blossoms it will happen on it’s own accord. Don’t try and force anything to happen.
-Marcella’s answer: Honestly, I think it’s not worth your bother. It’s going to end bad! You both are probably much more mature now than then. However, the issue is that you fell out. If you fell out once and didn’t speak for a time, that could happen again. And it’s going to be a lot worse the second time around. Sorry babe! But you could just try it, just be prepared for a potential major blow up!
-Trisha’s answer: Friendships with boys are great! But they seem to make you feel like you should rush into trying a relationship with them, which failed in the past for you. Darling, after all that drama of not speaking and such, you should consider yourself lucky that you’re best friends again… Don’t risk it!

Our last question is from X_Daisy, and she asked: “If given a chance to make it into the wrestling business which promotion would you go to and why? “
-Marc’s answer: WWE. I think TNA offers something completely different, which is great for them, but WWE’s the place to be in wrestling. It’s the top company and it’s the best! They have WrestleMania, Survivor Series and other shows which date back years and years, and to be featured in a show of that magnitude and legacy would be simply amazing and a dream come true.
-Marcella’s answer: WWE. Even though, it would be more fun to be in TNA, I feel that the WWE is where you become a star. It’s the pinnacle of sports entertainment. If you want to be remembered as a legend, you have to have been in WWE. It’s everyone’s dream to be in a Wrestlemania, to work for the WWE, and to make it at certain venues. If you make it in the WWE, you are just that good. And plus, I would want to say that I performed with the WWE at Wrestlemania in Madison Square Garden. That right there would be a dream come true!
-Trisha’s answer: WWE. I’d be a bitchy valet, because that’s all I’d be good for! If I went to TNA with that ‘ability’ I’d get bitched out within a week due to the whole motto TNA has against valets and such that can’t wrestle.
