The Knockouts Division Gets ‘Fly’!
After hinting a sign with the company, PWInsider have infact confirmed that Divinia Fly is the newest signee to TNA’s Knockouts division.
The New Yorker had a tryout match (which she lost) against Angelina Love at the last batch of iMPACT! tapings. Congrats Divina!
Kong Watch: Backstage At Raw?
Reports are circulating around the web that newly signed Diva Awesome Kong – real name Kia Stevens – is backstage at tonight’s Raw. Kong was reportedly backstage for last night’s Royal Rumble as well – she even played up to the hype on Twitter! – sparking speculation that she was to debut.
Could tonight be the night we finally get a first look at Kong the Diva? Tune in to find out!
The “Royal” Takeover of the Royal Rumble
The following coverage is a concise version of events that ensued at the 2011 Royal Rumble.
Vickie Guerrero is wearing a very ugly red top. She bitches about Edge and dares him to spear Dolph because if he will, he loses the match. I like the style of her top, but that shiny material is making me queasy.
Vickie is screaming like a crazy lady. Now she is mute. I wonder why. She needs to educate Edge on fashion. Even though, Ziggler is not on top in the match, Vickie screams FINISH HIM.
Vickie pulls the referee when Edge gets the count. She slap Edge. She slaps him many times and screams at him. Kelly Kelly smacks Vickie into a ball of slime. Lou Thez Press! Oh damn, K2 took out the acting GM. Bless, Edge won. Vickie comes to and goes nuts. So nuts that she lost one of her eyelashes. EXCUSE HER!
I am now happy and pleased as Randy Orton did his greatness pose. He better frickin’ always do it again. Why is it that Miz is wearing that ugly JACKET?!

LAYCOOL are wearing very ugly puke green outfits. Nattie is wearing new clothes, which are okay. The GM changes the match to a Fatal Four Way because he doesn’t want his mailbox full of complaints. Eve comes out in a gold outfit. At the end of the match, Eve pins Layla after a moonsault while Michy rolls up Nattie. Eve cries ninety cries as she’s new Divas Champion.
Gail Kim is backstage with Daniel Bryan. They are talking about the Rumble match and how he’s not a nerd. The Bella Twins with flowers come to ask for forgiveness. They tell Gail that he is in Daniel’s league unlike them. Gail and The Bellas brawl. Everyone gets slaps including Josh Matthews, referees, and Daniel Bryan. Bless.
Maryse comes out with Ted Dibiase for two seconds. Thank you for coming.
Royal Rumble Goes Royal
Tonight marks the twenty-fourth Royal Rumble pay-per-view and the first Rumble to feature fourty entrants. Tonight, Laycool have their Divas championship rematch against Natalya in a two-on-one handicap match – a match in which Natalya defeated the bitchy duo for the championship. So, as usual, I’m going to make up wacky and wonderful matches that could have been featured on this PPV and you guys get to vote for your favourite! It’s time for the Royal Rumble to go ROYAL!

Kaitlyn vs. Alicia vs. Brie vs. Tamina vs. Layla vs. Michelle vs. Melina vs. Kelly vs.

The match probably ever Diva fan wants to see – a Divas own Royal Rumble match! The rules would be the same as the normal Rumble match; two Divas start off and every minute or so, another Diva enters. The last Diva standing will take on Natalya for the WWE Divas championship at WrestleMania 27!

Beth Phoenix vs. Natalya
She may not have won a number one contenders match, but The Glamazon has been on a roll over on the blue brand, defeating Laycool left, right and centre – she deserves this title shot! Natalya and Beth defeated Laycool in a tag tables match, so I think they should revisit this match up as it’s perfect for WWE’s most dominant Divas.

Gail Kim Alignment Update
Earlier, I posted some results of last nights WWE house show where Gail Kim teamed with Maryse to take on Nikki and Brie Bella. We assumed Gail Kim teamed with Maryse as she was now heel, however, this was not the case as confirmed by the lady herself on Twitter! Obviously addressing these rumours, she tweeted the following:
People I was forced to be Maryse’s tag partner by the GM! She left me high and dry so don’t think I wanted to be her partner. I had no choice
Personally I’m glad the Bellas are heel and Gail Kim is infact, still face! It makes sense.

Kong Wants Sushi
There are six spots left in tonight’s fourty person Royal Rumble match, one of which could go to one of WWE’s newest signings – Awesome Kong. Playing on the Rumble hype, Kong tweeted the following just a few minutes ago on Twitter:
My stomach is RUMBLE-ing. Craving sushi so I may SMACK DOWN on some RAW fish.
Could we be seeing an Awesome debut during the Royal Rumble?!

Interview With A Glamazon
During a phone interview with SLAM, Beth Phoenix comments on last years Royal Rumble match and the possibility of her appearing in tonight’s first ever forty person Royal Rumble match!
Beth spoke first about being apart of last years Royal Rumble match:
“It was a really, really last minute opportunity, honestly, I put my bid in each and every year, hoping that one day I could follow in the footsteps of Chyna before me, but there wasn’t an opportunity. In 2010, they decided to give me a shot.”
On being the second woman ever in the Rumble:
“Being only one of two females that have done that before, it’s probably the most intimidating and invigorating experience of my life. I can’t imagine any scarier experience than, going toe to toe with one man is crazy enough, let alone the off chance of being in there with 29 other male superstars, it was a very intimidating experience, but it’s one of those things where I really admired what Chyna had done in the past. I was thrilled and excited and ready to take on that challenge myself. I can’t tell you how awesome it was to be able to do that in 2010.”
On the possibilty of being in tonight’s match, Phoenix said:
“There’s 10 more spots, and that means 10 more chances to go an compete in the Royal Rumble, and go and compete, to wrestle for the World heavyweight championship at WrestleMania,” she said. “I think that the odds are a little bit better this year to get another opportunity, but like all the superstars, we don’t find out until the very last minute. So, there’s always a chance. That’s the great thing about watching it on pay-per-view is that you never know what you’re going to see.”

Gail Kim Teams With Former Rival @ Houseshow
RAW’s Gail Kim teamed with a former rival at last night’s WWE house show. Check it out below.
Maryse came out after the match and said Ted Dibiase was supposed to come but was sick. Then she said he was a loser and so was Bryan. She was funny and has improved on the mic. The Bellas attacked Maryse. Gail Kim attacked The Bellas. Boom. Tag match.
7. Gail Kim and Maryse beat The Bellas. Gail Kim and won for her team. Glad to see her featured again.
This past Monday on RAW, Gail Kim was revealed to be Daniel Bryan’s girlfriend of six months, before being attacked by the Bellas. I think anyone would have assumed that both Brie and Nikki would be the ones turning heel, not Gail. However, this is a house show so it might not pan out the same on TV.
Two other WWE Divas were featured on the houseshow also. See what they did below:
1. R-Truth over Drew McIntyre. Truth came out singing. Annoying but the kids go batshit for him. Kelly Kelly came out to distract McIntyre, Truth got the rollup
Hornswoggle and Rosa Mendes threw out t-shirts before intermission. The crowd got rather savage over generic t-shirts.
