The celebrations for former WWE Diva Maryse continued last night as she went to a costume party with boyfriend, and WWE Superstar, The Miz.

The former two-time Divas Champion also celebrated with a cake that congratulated her on her release. Meanwhile, fans raged on Twitter so much that she was a trending topic.

After news broke of her WWE release, Maryse Ouellet tweeted the following:

I’M OUT and sexier than ever! Thanks to all my fans, colleagues and @WWE Universe. Time to party! “Release” party tonight at @trousdale LA

… Do you think she may have asked for her release?

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Raw Diva Maryse as of today, October 28, 2011. WWE wishes Maryse the best in all of her future endeavors.

I’m rather shocked that Maryse has been released, her return was highly anticipated by fans after being out of action for so long due to an injury.

Six names have been announced for THQ’s WWE ’12 Divas downloadable content pack, which will be available in December:

• Kharma
• Brie Bella
• Nikki Bella
• Trish Stratus

It seems as though everyone seems to be undergoing some sort of transformation, be it a new attire or theme music. Unless you’re Alicia Fox – I mean, really? Maria Kanellis’ old theme? That’s nothing to party about. Oh, or you could be Eve Torres having yet another remixed version of your theme. This Poll Position post is about a more fresh change… AJ Lee’s new theme song: Light it Up.

AJ Lee debuted this theme on NXT. While it’s still a rather upbeat (and so bloody catchy!) theme song, I feel as though AJ’s previous theme – Right Now – suited her a lot better. It was cartoony, fun and gave off the sweet girl vibes AJ has. Light it Up will take some time to get used to, I reckon.

Welcome to a brand new exclusive at OhSoDivalicious. (Excuse the cheap logo! ;)) In Extreme Makeover: Entrance Music Edition, we will be throwing around a few different ideas for different entrance music for the women of wrestling. The idea for this post came about when Maxine returned to NXT and debuted her brand new entrance music. I thought her music was totally lame and didn’t suit her at all. I thought it was more facey than ‘Queen of Mean.’

Last time, iMPACT!’s resident weirdo, Winter underwent a music makeover. 21% thought that Winter’s current theme, “Hands Of The Wicked” was one of the best ones, but 29% of you thought the creepy tune by Gaga, “Bloody Mary” suited Winter more.

This time around WWE Diva Tamina is having an Extreme Makeover! Since debuting, Tamina’s had several entrance songs, none of which have been good, including her latest one.

This noughties track is full of attitude and swag, traits that are found in Smackdown’s Tamina. Tamina’s a hard hitting Diva with a no nonsense attitude and isn’t a Diva to take lightly. As she said to Kaitlyn on NXT, she’ll smash any Divas face around the ring. The R&B dancey element of the song would suit Tamina much more than the sharp rocky track she currently has.
