Amazing Red working with Rosita “would have been awesome”

Candice and I have been privileged to have had the chance to interview former TNA Superstar Amazing Red for our fansite – TheAmazingRed.com (Yay, cheap plug!).

We couldn’t resist adding a sneaky question about his cousin, TNA Knockout Rosita. Red’s response is pretty much the same as Candice’s and mine, it would have been awesome if the two were paired up someway or another on Impact.

Would you have liked to do a storyline with your real-life cousin Rosita?
also, f yea… i thought eventually it was gonna happen, would of been awesome

Instead, Rosita’s tuning up her wrestling skills down at House of Glory. You can watch a video posted up of her training by clicking here.

Maryse to start “working on the serious stuff”.

Former WWE Diva and entrepreneur Maryse is certainly the hot topic at the moment. Slam Sports recently got a little bit of gossip from the foxy French Canadian, where she discussed what got her into wrestling and what it would take to get her back.

According to Maryse, once she was released, her manager said it was time to “start working on the serious stuff”, such as her upcoming clothing/accessory line House of Maryse.

“I knew in my heart that I wanted to leave WWE for a long time. I’m a business woman. I need to build and grow and I didn’t have any interest in the WWE anymore. I was like, next!

“My manager was happy when he heard of my release. He said to me, ‘Now we can start working on the serious stuff.’ I’m ready for a new chapter in my life. I have been with the WWE for six fantastic years, but now I want to do more.

“I would go back to WWE, for a million dollars and a main event match at Wrestlemania. But, no TNA.”

TMZ covers the Bella Twins’ Troops trip

We previously reported about the Bella Twins’ recent trip to West Point Military Academy to film their segment for Tribute to the Troops and TMZ have posted some pictures of them.

In an effort to show their support for the troops, the WWE sent a pair of smokin’ hot twins to West Point … put them in super-tight clothing … made them run a military obstacle course … and it was awesome.

28-year old Brie and Nikki Bella rubbed elbows with the cadets at West Point military academy in New York on Tuesday for the annual “Tribute to the Troops” special on NBC.

But it wasn’t some dumbed down cakewalk — the twins had to race through the official course that cadets must complete in order to graduate.

Brie was the victor … but the real winner … was America.

Raw is Marcella: Let’s Go For a Run!

^^ Check out the new logo, b!tches! Thank you MARC! He’s the best BFFL EVER!

Welcome to the best damn Monday Night activity– Raw is Marcella!

We come back from the break and we see the team of the Bella Twins in the ring with their opponents Alicia Fox and Kelly Kelly. K2 and Bella start out and do a great smacking. For some STRANGE reason,  Beth Phoenix and Natalya play the jogging game around the ring. They are in their workout attires. This distracts K2 for like three seconds.  As K2 does the headscissors, Foxy keeps tagging in like a weirdo. I think she even smacked Kelly in the head several times. K2 goes for the stinkface and the other Bella gets REAL mad! She and K2 roll out of the ring for fun.  Some stuff happens and the Bella is on her back! Alicia hits her rolling flippy leg drop for the win! YAYYY! Sorry, I wasn’t interesting in this match this week. I was genuinely confused by the Divas of Doom and by the choice of attire of the Bellas.

Vickie helps Ziggy to the ring for his match with Orton. Ziggy wins and does weird SHIT. Vickie gets on the microphone and babbles like a freak about Ziggy. Sorry, I wasn’t interested AGAIN! Please forgive me oh great Vickie Guerrero.

Later, Vickie helps Jack Swagger to the ring to his defeat. At one point of the match, Vickie cackles like a witch FOR NO APPARENT REASON! Zack Ryder was like DOING something to Jack. So that earned a WTF from my uncle and myself. Oh by the way, THE WOO WOO WOO KID WINS! YAYA!

Vickie Guerrero did look lovely in her pink shirt and ODD skirt. SO YEYYYYY FOR HER!  :)

I am VERY MAD that the reports about Mae Young appearing did not happen! I wanted Mae Young to call some divas bitches and sluts again! I would have given anything to see Mae Young whack Beth or Nattie for being NAUGHTY GIRLIES! Or, maybe she could have whacked that moron, Johnny ACE Laurinaitis!

Melina Stands By Her Man

As many have known for a while now, WWE Superstar John Morrison is on his way out of the WWE. Many have claimed that for a while now that Melina was the root cause for his downfall. Melina, upon hearing about these rumors, has finally spoken out about it on twitter.

“The rumors aren’t true. John has been talking to WWE and all these things are between them and has nothing to do with me.”

She also later claimed that WWE is holding back quite a bit of talent, and even lists some of the ones that she feels are being held back.

“You have seen a number of wrestlers such as Gail, Bourne, John, Zack and so many more held back from what they deserve and are capable of. That’s proof that it’s not me. It’s the WWE doing it to a number of phenomenal young talent.”

Although the fans may say otherwise, Melina feels that she’s not anyone special, and that WWE doesn’t care about her.

“The rumors are FALSE. Please see that. I’m no one special that the WWE would care about.”

As unfortunate as it is that the WWE is losing the talent of John Morrison, it would seem Impact Wrestling may be looking to pick up the couple and adding them to their roster. Best of luck to them on that!

Trish Stratus talks Tough Enough

Tough Enough trainer Trish Stratus was recently interviewed by Slam Sports about her Stratusphere DVD and other projects. Tough Enough was brought up and Trish would love to be a trainer again, if it were to return.

At this point, there have only been discussions about doing another [season of Tough Enough], but with the new WWE Network debuting next year, she is hopeful that it will return, and she with it.

“Being a coach on Tough Enough was a perfect role for me to come back in. It fit perfectly with my schedule, too — we were out filming in California for about two months. It was perfect and to parlay some of the knowledge and experience that I’d gained over the years and help these young kids who are pursuing their dreams, it was really cool.”

Christy Hemme on herself: “Aww, look. It’s so cute, she’s trying.”

In the new Bloodstained Memoirs DVD, TNA Knockout Christy Hemme talks about her time as a wrestler and brings up iconic WWE Diva Trish Stratus.

The above video is a short extract of Christy’s part in the DVD, entitled “Model in Paris”. She bluntly states that she was never a proper wrestler, but admits she tried. She recalls looking back on herself and thinking “Aww, look. It’s so cute, she’s trying!”

The DVD also features former WWE Diva Molly Holly, who introduces it, and can be purchased here.

Sorry, about your damn luck!

Writing on her Twitter page @JackieMooreTX, Jacqueline posted the following about her contract expriring with iMPACT! Wrestling:

I guess they will remove me from the roster page soon….contract is up.

The rough Texan has been open, honest and vocal about her position in the company and feelings about it. Jacqueline and ODB were brought back into iMPACT! Wrestling after battling Velvet Sky for weeks to “earn” contracts. The pair later got “re-signed” by Karen Jarrett but since that day, Jackie has not been seen in iMPACT! Wrestling. Poor Jackie!
