Hey there its Ollie , So I’m the newest member here at OSD and here is my first coverage.

We first see the knockouts in a recap of what has happened a few weeks ago:

- Karen Jarrett and Jeff Jarrett got fired by Sting also Madison Rayne was appointed the “Executive VP of the Knockouts.” aswell as the official guest referee of  Tara vs Brooke Tessmacher, in what we see was the potential break-up of  ”T’n'T” due to the sneaky tactics of Madison Rayne. The dynamic duo broke any chance of a break-up happening when they attacked Rayne.

We now go to the current TNA episode and see Gail Kim and Madison Rayne coming out, Rayne also holding a mic. Assuming she is still VP – Rayne demands Tara and Tessmacher to come to the ring. The vibrant pair come out as asked, looking somewhat confused and angry.  The tag-teams exchange dominant and fierce looks. Madison breaks the silence saying”…I’m gonna cut to the chase here, ‘cos the longer we drag this out, the longer we (Kim and Rayne) are susceptible to the diseases’s that the two of you are carrying around right now!” Rayne goes on to quote what she stated to T’n'T last week – “If you messed with me, you were both going to be fired!” Madison then stays to promise telling Tara and Brooke they are fired.

Sting’s music plays, interrupting the screeching of the Queen Bee. Rayne assures Sting that she has everything under-control strong to Sting’s disbelief. Sting now says that Madison has no power due to Karen’s legally binding contract. Madison squeals and jumps up in protest. Sting decides to mock the angry bee ready to sting! Sting eventually announces that Gail Kim will go on to defend her title tonight.. HARDCORE COUNTRY! Mickie comes out ready and fierce also look stunning as ever!

The ANGLE: This segment was pitiful and useless, nothing I haven’t see a MILLION times before Madison is constantly screaming damn I think I need a hearing aid! Gail could of been in this instead of just standing there. I liked when Sting mocked Madison but that is the ONLY highlight of the segment.

ODB and Eric Young vs Samoa Joe and Magnus RESULT: Samoa Joe and Magnus win by pinfall after Joe hits the Muscle Buster.

Mickie James vs Gail Kim Knockouts Championship Match

The match starts with a fail attempt at a running attack on Mickie. Mickie reverses and goes for the pin. 1…! No luck, As Gail gets up she once again get caught with a pin! 1…! Gail is not backing down. Gail gives an unsuccessful side kick to Mickie, Mickie catches Gail’s leg and pushes it away. Gail goes for a swift punch, Mickie reverses with a neck chop. Mickie gives several forearms leading to Gail getting an irish whip. Gail comes back with a shoulder kick and run up to Mickie. Mickie gives Gail Kim her signature Lou Thesz Press. Gail pushes an adrenaline filled Mickie off of her. Mickie now attacks Gail with a side kick and a forearm leading to a corner irish whip. Gail reverses it now throwing Mickie to the turnbuckle. Mickie gives an elbow smack to an oncoming Gail now giving her the corner hurricanrana. Mickie connects with a low dropkick. Gail crawls out of the ring. Mickie gets pumped up and baseball slides Gail. Gail successfully grabs Mickie by the foot. However she was the victim of a crushing and devastating neck-breaker. TNA iMPACT goes to a break.

We return to Mickie gut kicking Gail when she is resting on the steel barricade. Gail Kim returns with a forearm smash, the two exchange blows. Mickie throws Gail into the 4 sided ring. Gail quickly recovers and hits the apron dropkick on Mickie. Gail in addition to that boot’s Mickie off the apron. Eventually Mickie gets up she crawls onto ringside to where the violent Gail hits the rope hanging face-buster. The cruel Gail picks a weak Mickie up and throws her face-first in to the turnbuckle. Gail hits the turnbuckle attack again, but on the opposite turnbuckle. Gail makes a cocky taunt at the camera. Gail goes for an irish whip but changes her mind and transitions it into a clothesline, Gail Kim goes for the pin.1…2…!

These warriors won’t give up! Gail Kim gives a knee gut attack on a damaged Mickie. Mickie gives a kneeling punch to Gail’s abdomen. Mickie then tries to run to the ropes but Gail catches her and mat slams her by her hair. Then Gail starts a hammer-like submission, after several struggles Mickie powers out. A frustrated Gail Kim attacks Mickie with a double hammer clothesline. Gail gives multiple slaps to a downed Mickie James. Mickie recovers and exchanges blows with Gail afterwards going in a german suplex hold then ramming her into the turnbuckle. Gail then begins a running attempt of her signature move “Christo” after a long struggle Mickie escapes by way of rope break just bearly touching the rope with her foot. A furious Gail hits Mickie with a soccerball kick and a forearm smash. Gail whips Mickie into the rope but Mickie reverses it and goes to hit Gail.

Gail with the elbow smash then another Christo. This time Mickie turns it into a pin 1…2…! Now a downed Gail kicks Mickie in the head after she bends to pick her up. Gail makes a forearm combo then irish whipping her into the corner. Another signature move is dealt – Running Elbow Pierce. Gail climbs to the top turnbuckle and hits the missile dropkick. Ouch. The pin is made: 1…2…! A focused Gail pleads with ref’. Gail uses a wake-up taunt. Gail makes an attempt of her finisher – Eat Defeat, Mickie turns it into her Spin Kick. Both KO’s now out they both struggle to get up in time to stop the 10 count.

Mickie finds help in the ropes and rest in the corner. Gail now determined, runs at Mickie but she dodges out of the way. Mickie now with a elbow smash combo then kicking her and throwing her into the ring post. A pumped Mickie comes out! She goes for several clotheslines and then a flapjack to her on-coming opponent. Mickie quickly does a kip-up (HBK Style) Mickie now goes high risk watching Gail escape the ring. A fearless Mickie connects with the Diving Seated Senton. The diving move is shown in replay. A-MA-ZZZZING! Now Mickie throws Gail into the ring. Ref’ goes to the aid of Gail when she ring escapes. A hopeful Mickie gets in the ring. A Masked figure appears and attacks Mickie and hits the Inverted Over-drive. Gail gets in and just barely covers Mickie for the pin: 1…2…3!! Gail retains due to this masked figure.

The ANGLE : Personally I think this was the best way to end 2011 a truly riveting match is this. Also this Masked figure is a good way to start a story line, I think multiple people think it is M.Ray but that would be to obvious. Rumors are circulating that it is the former WWE Diva Melina Perez however she has since denied these allegations. Personally I think it could be Alissa Flash, Daffney, Lacey Von Erich or former WWE Diva Maryse Oullete, however she is on a permanent hiatus off of wrestling. Happy New Years! See you in 2012!
