Extreme Makeover: Entrance Music Edition
NEW Divas Champion – Layla

The last time we had a music makeover, 30% of you guys that voted thought Brooke Tessmacher should be bouncing down the ring to Rihanna’s saucy “S&M” song, and 15% thought she should keep her current theme, making it come third place in the poll.
Today’s music makeover is none other than the brand-new-returned-from-injury-new-Divas-champ LAYLA! Last night at Extreme Rules – one year since she injured her knee – Layla made her return as a surprise opponent for Nikki Bella and she went on to capture the Divas championship for the first time in her career, making her the fifth Diva to hold both the Divas and now retired Women’s titles. Layla returned using her old Laycool theme, “You’re Not Enough For Me” which now, I think is too old and overused… it’s time for change!

“Pound The Alarm” by Nicki Minaj ♫
Making her big return to RAW tonight as Divas champion, the new bubbly good girl Layla needs a proper dancey track to get her motivated and the crowd pumped – Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pound The Alarm’ just does that. It could get the crowd pumped in an instant with the catchy dance / pop hook. Music makes me high.

She’s Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! Layla Makes An Extreme Return, Captures the Divas Championship!

The Divas division is once again flawless! Early yesterday a text message had circulated that former Divas Champion Beth Phoenix had not been cleared to compete in her rematch against new champion Nikki Bella, forcing Executive Administrator Eve Torres to remove her from competition. Those pesky Bellas assumed they were going to be given the night off and were about to head home when – surprise! – Eve drops the bombshell that Nikki will be facing a mystery opponent….. they can relax! It’s not Kharma! And just who was this mystery opponent? None other than the flawless one herself, the returning Layla! For those of you who have been living under a rock for the past year, Layla had been sidelined since last year’s Extreme Rules – where she defeted former tag partner and BFFL Michelle McCool in a ‘Loser Leaves WWE’ match – with a torn MCL and ACL. After a failed attempt at Twin Magic, Layla hit the Layout on Brie, pinning her to capture her first Divas Championship!
A HUGE congratulations to Layla! It is an awful lot of hard work to come back from an injury like that, her title win was well deserved!
Beth Phoenix’s Injury – Fake or Real?

Monday Night on RAW, Beth Phoenix lost her WWE Divas championship to Nikki Bella and she suffered what seemed to be a legit ankle injury. Since RAW thought, rumours have been floating around the net saying that Beth’s injury was a fake and it was just all a storyline. Earlier on today, the former champ tweeted a picture of her injured / perfectly fine ankle. Check it out below:
@thebethphoenix: Pain is not a factor. #DingGlamSlamDing #unbreakable
Beth is scheduled for wrestling Nikki Bella tonight at Extreme Rules in her Divas championship rematch. So, what do you think? Is Beth’s injury legit, or is it fake?

The Aftermath Of A.J. #2

The past few weeks have been tough on Smackdown Diva AJ Lee and this week has been no different. AJ seemed to turn her back on her best friend and fellow Chickbuster, Kaitlyn, when she slapped the taste out of her mouth. Kaitlyn was left stunned and WWE.com caught up with her backstage after the show to get her thoughts on what exactly happened.

WWE Hall of Famer, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, took to his Twitter page recently, replying to a fan who asked him about former WWE Divas champion, Kelly Kelly. The rattlesnake himself said:
