In the wake of Shane Helms and his current girlfriend, Karen’s motorcycle accident,  Shane’s former girlfriend,  Velvet Sky, has stood up for him. Due to his injuries and consequent medical care, Helms will not be able to earn a living or be able to pay for these hospital bills.  People may love or hate Helms, but that’s irreverent as no one deserves such horrible circumstances to befall them. I believe that what Velvet Sky is doing shows what type of person’s she is and that she has a great character.

According to PWInsider, Smackdown’s newest addition Alicia Fox was injured during last night’s tapings. The Foxy one suffered a separated shoulder, having landed awkwardly. Our resident Hardcore Country Leader, Mickie James, seems to have found a set back on her Road to Lockdown. It’s been reported by WrestleZone that at a live event on Friday, Mickie James suffered an apparent separated shoulder during her match with killer queen herself, Madison Rayne. It hasn’t been said yet how brutal of a set back the injury is, however, it’s worth noting that Mickie has been seen wearing a sling after the match.

Mickie has not confirmed or denied whether or not the injury is indeed true.

The first Diva in history to win both the WWE Women’s and Divas titles has infact been injured! Michelle McCool was spotted at the Smackdown tapings, hobbling, acting as if she was injured. McCool tweeted the following earlier:

Yes its true…@mslayel has a hard head! Broken toe, torn mcl in foot, torn joint capsule & swelling in bone! Still luv her…..

According to LordsOfPain.net this past Tuesday following the main event match which will air tonight on Smackdown, Laycool member Layla was apparantly injured.

Eric also noted that it appeared Layla injured her ankle after the main event with she, Michelle McCool and Dolph Ziggler vs. Edge and Kelly Kelly. A referee and WWE crew member rushed to check on her while the referee threw up the dreaded “X” sign. After SmackDown ended, McCool carried Layla up the ramp and to the back. No word yet if the injury is legit or just part of the show.

If true, we wish Layla the most famous and flawless get well soon and of course, if it is true then we hope it’s nothing too serious.

TNA Knockout Tara’s elbow seems to be doing fine, after injuring it during her cage match with Mickie James a few weeks back, according to her Facebook update. She updated with good news:

Thank you for asking about my elbow gang. It is healing incredibly quick. I should be 100% soon. Doc says a total of 8wks.

TNA Knockout Miss Tessmacher announced that she’d injured her jaw over the Christmas holidays. She took to her Facebook account today to update us with the following news on her injury.

17 hrs in the hospital yest and not food for 36 hrs will deff change a person. I’ve had so much time to think. I’m going to make this coming year my year! The surgery went ok. I stopped breathing a few times and was put on life support. But I’m still here kickin! :) I’ll have to wear this face mask for a week until the real recovery starts. Thanks for alll the love! I love u guys!

I can’t believe how serious the injury actually was! But thank God and I’m glad she’s gonna be okay. As I said before, we can’t wait to see her back in TNA kicking some butt and we here hope too, that 2011 will be Tessmacher’s year!

Brooke Adams’ official website, MissTessmacher.com, reported today on Boxing Day, that the TNA Knockout suffered a broken jaw over Christmas.

“The worst xmas I’ve ever had. Got hit my a friend in the jaw. Its now broken in two places. Now in the ER for the 3rd time. It was so wonderful to spend my xmas here in the ER for 9 hrs. Some damage may not be able to be fixed. Please keep me in your prayers. Hope everyone else had a wonderful xmas!”

Luchablog has infact confirmed that current TNA Knockout, Sarita, is injured.

Blanca replaced Dark Angel (Sarita), who told SuperLuchas she’d be out for a while with an arm injury.

Word on the street is that Beth Phoenix is about 8 weeks away from returning after knee surgery. Yay!
