As we all know, Impact Wrestling is going live from May the 31st. Not only that, but singer turned Knockouts Executive, Brooke Hogan, will be joining the promotion and make her on-screen debut then. Impact Knockout Angelina Love recently tweeted about Impact going live and the addition of Miss Hogan. Here’s what she said:

Notice anything different about the gallery? After about 6 months, OhSoEyeCandy has been given a much needed makeover, courtesy of the fine folks at Midnight Dreams! Awhile back we had a poll giving visitors a say in who should be featured in the new layout. Some shenanigans in the voting occured but in the end, Maxine reigned supreme! Monday Night Raw got funkified as super-athletic former NXT Rookie Naomi made her debut alongside the “divalicious” Cameron Lynn – aka Tough Enough’s Ariane Andrews, as dancers for another NXT Rookie, Brodus Clay. Yes, really.

While many fans of Superstars pondered over when Brodus would make his debut, I’m sure Diva fans didn’t care as much. I mean, let’s face it, we had a bigger question on our lips: When the heck would WWE debut Naomi? She was by far the most athletic “rookie” during NXT Season 3, yet we saw fellow rookies Maxine, Aksana and AJ debut on the main roster before her, despite her coming in second place overall. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of the three Divas selected, but I would have enjoyed seeing Naomi get the chance to break out into the WWE properly before them.

Another question I noticed many Diva fans asking was: Why was Ariane Andrews hired by WWE to go to FCW? There is no doubt that this feisty lady had confidence, swagger even. Yes, I just said “swagger”. In her audition tape, Ariane showed personality, which is why I think she was chosen. I’m not belittling anybody else who participated in Tough Enough by saying this, I just think she shows some potential. And who says Melina vs. Alicia Fox was a bad match?!

They’re here on the main roster now, but they’re… dancing. Is this so bad? Probably not, if I’m being honest. The first thing that comes to mind is a trio of “dancing Divas” of the past – Extreme Exposé (Layla, Kelly Kelly & Brooke Tessmacher) and Alicia Fox – and they’ve ended up as champions!

This role allows Ariane and Naomi to let the fans know their faces a little more. You know what they say, any publicity is good publicity, so as fans become increasingly aware of the Divas (and Brodus Clay..), hopefully they’ll get behind them more. Let’s just hope the crowd isn’t as dead as they were on Monday night. I mean, they were. Just. Not. Amused. Seriously.

My main issue, however, has to be their outfits. What were they thinking?! I hope both Naomi and Ariane BURNED those vile catsuit things – they remind me of Alicia Fox’s ugly green attire with the studs, ew! – and hope the Fashion Police let them off this time. Credit for dancing in heels, but the outfits? *shudders*

The WWE Network plans to have a WWE Divas reality show based on their time on the road. Here’s the synopsis WWE.com gave for it:

WWE Network promises to deliver the most interactive TV experience ever. We’re asking you to help us name our Divas Reality Show. A reality show that welcomes you aboard the private Divas tour bus as it travels from venue to venue. Cameras will roll 24/7, capturing the unscripted bonds, battles, and behind-the-scenes drama that only our WWE Divas can deliver when their public and private lives merge on the open road.

Fans are also able to vote for their favourite name for the series, out of the following five choices:

2. WWE Divas Road Trip
3. WWE Divas Heels on Wheels
4. WWE Divas Joy Ride
5. WWE Diva Detour

I quite like the concept of this reality show, but how much of it will be unscripted? Let’s be honest, anything with the word “reality” in the description is pretty much a polar opposite, simply for ratings. Do you think a WWE Diva reality show will increase ratings with the Divas? Maybe it’ll lead to more TV time on Raw and SmackDown, only time will tell.

Dancing with the Stars Season 13 is right around the corner. What are your thoughts for casting the next season? Who is your ideal cast? Which athletes, movie or television stars, singers or other celebrities would you pick?

Season 13 of Dancing with the Stars is starting soon and ABC.com have a poll that many fans of WWE Divas and TNA Knockouts, past and present, have taken over. Names such as WWE Diva Melina, TNA Knockout Velvet Sky and former WWE Divas Ashley Massaro and Maria Kanellis have been name-dropped by several fans, with the ladies themselves backing the fans up and asking for votes to participate. WWE Superstar Chris Jericho was in the last season, so why can’t the ladies of wrestling get to steppin’ on the dancefloor? On Monday, June 20th, 2011, KELLY KELLY made history by capturing her first WWE Divas Championship in a People’s Choice WWE Divas Championship match against former champion, BRIE BELLA. In this moment,  Kelly Kelly became as “free as her hair”. In Kelly Kelly’s five year career, she’s come from an exhibitionist to dancer to wrestler. Again, OhSoDivalicious.org want to congratulate her on her accomplishment! Good luck K2!
