15 Beautiful Moments
Both original members of The Beautiful People – Angelina Love and Velvet Sky – in the past month have both been granted their release from Impact Wrestling. Both ladies made their debut in the company in the battle royal which started the Knockouts division in 2007. They teamed together, fought one another and went at it in the singles division, both former Knockouts also went on to become Knockouts and Knockouts Tag Team champions. Taking a look back at their careers in TNA, we’ve picked out fifteen ‘Beautiful’ moments that we think are HOLLERING! In no particular order, here they are..
#15:
ONE MAKEOVER TOO FAR
Back in the day, TNA promoted women’s wrestling as much as they did the men’s, putting them in stipulation matches and hardcore matches like the controversial Makeover Battle Royal Ladder match! Gail Kim had won head shaving immunity a week prior and with Angelina Love being the final woman eliminated from the battle royal, it would be her getting her head shaved if Roxxi won. The Beautiful People schemed and took their opportunity when Roxxi climbed the ladder. Love shoved the ladder over, causing Roxxi to fall and lose the match. As the Knockouts stood by, holding Roxxi’s hand as she got her head shaved, The Beautiful People paraded around ringside, laughing, teasing and mocking Roxxi getting her head shaved bald.

KIP’S OUT, TARA’S IN!
After making quick work of Sojourner Bolt in a TNA Knockouts title match, Angelina Love with her fellow beauties made it clear to “ICKY CREEP” ‘Cute’ Kip that he it’s time to stop riding their coat tails and he’s is no longer a part of The Beautiful People. Angelina had security throw him out before she threw out an open challenge to anyone. Much to the shock of TBP and everyone else, Tara debuted and took out all three members.

ft. Torrie Wilson, Melina & Candice Michelle
Melina interupted a photoshoot of WWE covergirl Torrie Wilson. She decided to bring out the Shore-er in herself, bitching out Torrie and calling her fat. Just as Torrie got on her case, Smackdown’s newest Diva Candice Michelle walks in. She shakes hands with a disgusted Melina and gives her BFF a big ol’ hug.
Insert Melina ownage here. Candice Michelle links arms with Torrie and flicks her hair into Melina’s face. The photographer then tells Melina she has competition, which is something a big air headed full-of-herself Diva does not want to hear!
Kelly Kelly Makes Maxim’s Hot 100
Congratulations to Raw’s Kelly Kelly, as she is the only current WWE Diva to have made Maxim’s 2011 Hot 100 list, which can be found here. Here’s what they had to say about the model-turned-wrestler:

So nice they named her twice, this WWE Diva is the hottest blonde in the ring since Hulk Hogan.

Elsewhere, former TNA Wrestling guest and Jersey Shore star JWoww made the list at #78 and former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler ranked ten spaces up from Kelly, at #72.
Jersey’s Bitchy Comments In The House…
According to TMZ, Angelina Pivarnick, who appeared on TNA iMPACT! and is hoping to persue a career in wrestling, had some interesting comments regarding Snooki‘s WWE Raw appearance, claiming that it’s “totally obvious” that Snooki is “ripping her off by trying to be a wrestler”. Apparently, Snooki has been jealous of her “since day one” and she is a “fat troll who should never wear those shorts … or be in a wrestling ring”. Ouch!
It gets better. JWoww took to her Twitter account to comment on rival Angelina’s comments.
Who went on TNA 1st? I did. so who’s the copy cat then?! why wont she disappear? … Who knows what I’m talking about? Lol
I hate to break it Angelina, but I reckon Snooki did a much better job on Raw than she did on iMPACT!, I’m with JWoww on this one.
Snooki Shines in Saint Louis

It’s safe to say that WWE have found their celebrity headliner for this year’s WrestleMania, but who honestly thought it would be Jersey Shore star Snooki? At first, I speculated WWE being childish and snagging aJersey Shore member for the sake of having one, since TNA had Angelina Pivarnick and JWoww on iMPACT! in the past. Snooki was supposedly going to just be a Guest Host, much like a long list of other celebrities – some memorable, some not so much – however it turns out that she will be in a six-person mixed tag match as she, Trish Stratus and John Morrison take on Michelle McCool, Layla and Dolph Ziggler on the grandest stage of them all.
If you haven’t checked out Raw, or more importantly Raw is Marcella, due to the idea of Snooki plaguing Monday Night, she actually wasn’t that bad. In fact, not that bad at all. Snooki, alongside Trish Stratus and LayCool will be headlining WrestleMania 27 and has been headlining a number of news websites such as NY Daily News, Radar Online and Female First.

Of all the self-proclaimed gorilla juice-heads roaming the Jersey Shore, who would’ve thought Snooki would be the show’s first WrestleMania headliner?
Yes, the pint-sized Marlboro, New York native made her squared circle debut as a host on Monday Night Raw, as the WWE looked to the pop culture sensation for a ratings boost, just weeks after Snooki’s old nemesis Angelina Pivarnick got in the ring for rival wrestling company TNA.
The wrestling storyline, or angle, on Monday’s show saw Snooki — with fists flying — charge at female wrestlers Layla and Michelle McCool. At that point, WWE personality Vickie Guerrero (widow of wrestling legend Eddie Guerrero) challenged Snooki to participate in a match at next month’s WrestleMania, the pseudo-sport’s annual Super bowl.
Female First:
After laying the smackdown on Michelle, Snooki – real name Nicole Polizzi – then entered the ring and took down the sexy grappler’s tag-team partner Layla bouncing her head off the mat.
The pint-sized puncher then accepted a challenge to be part of a mixed six-man tag-team bout next month where she will team with John Morrison and Trish Stratus to take on Dolph Ziggler and Michelle and Layla, who are known as LayCool, and she can’t wait to step inside the squared-circle.

At 4’11,” Jersey Shore star Snooki may not be big — but she’s definitely tough! And the pint-sized party-girl proved she’s not afraid to get physical when she jumped into the ring at WWE Monday Night Raw.
Snooki, 23, was serving as the evening’s guest host when professional wrestler Michelle McCool shoved her. That threw the pickle-loving reality star over the edge, and she jumped up and began to fight.
Snooki then leaped into the ring and body slammed and punched another female wrestler Layla. The announcer excitedly exclaimed, “Look at Snooki go!”
It’s funny how non-wrestling fans write up articles… According to NY Daily News, Vickie Guerrero is going to face Snooki, but we know that this isn’t the case:
Another WWE star, Vickie Guerrero, has challenged Snooki to fight her live at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta at WrestleMania XXVII. The reality star accepted and will compete as part of a six-person tag-team for the pay-per-view event on Sunday, April 3.
With what she demonstrated in the ring – a rather decent attack on Layla – I’ll also be “snooking for some action at WrestleMania.” Snooki’s won me over.
TNA Gets Hot, So Hot!
♫! It was reported some time ago (here and here) that former Jersey Shore housemate Angelina Pivarnick was interested in joining the ranks of TNA. Well, Pivarnick will become a temporary TNA Knockout soon as she’s signed a short term deal with TNA reports TMZ.
Angelina, who was named the ‘Staten Island Dump’ by some of her old housemates will make her in-ring debut in a six person tag team match where she’ll team up with Robbie E and Knockout Cookie. Her opponents and JWoww’s tag partners haven’t been revealed, but no doubt they will be Kaz and recently returned Knockout Traci Brooks who attacked Cookie last week on iMPACT!
She’ll be making her debut next week on iMPACT! and competing in the six person tag the week after!
JWoww, ‘The Situation’ and now Angelina?
First JWoww comes into TNA and smacks up Cookie, then Cookz is spotted with ‘The Situation’ bartending at his personal party and now former Shore star turned singer / bum Angelina Pivarnick wants a piece of TNA’s Cookie. According to TMZ.com (full article here) Angelina wants in on the action.
Apparantly Angelina’s been in talks with TNA for the past week, trying to sort out a deal to get in the ring as soon as possible. She won’t be making an appearance like JWoww though, oh no, Angelina wants to wrestle Cookie in a full blown PPV wrestling match!

Cookie vs. Jwoww Part 2?
In a quick candid video with TMZ, TNA Knockout Cookie put the interviewer in his place and hinted somewhat to a rematch of sorts between herself and Jersey Shore star (who appeared last week on iMPACT! and had a catfight with Cookie) Jwoww.
Cookie and Robbie E were caught leaving a convention when the interviewer stopped them. Cookie blasted him straight away saying: “Don’t you have a life? Have you been out here this whole time? You need to get a girlfriend, seriously!”
Moving onto Jwoww, she said: “If she wasn’t scared she’d come fight me again, but obviously she’s scared for a good reason, she’s not gonna come back.”

Madison Rayne is a bad lady! We found out this week that she basically controls Tara, as Tara laid down for her to become a three time TNA Knockouts champion! Madison pranced about like she’d just had an epic WrestleMania match or something – but her bubble was burst by Mickie James! However, she shoots up the list as a title win is a title win and Madison is now a three time champ! |

- ● Cookie: Dude, Cookz was all OVER Jwoww… NAAAT! Cookie certainly talked the talk, but she wasn’t able to back it up after Jwoww took her out. But, we think she’ll be looking for some sort of revenge next week… “J-Coww” needs to watch her back dudeski!
- ● Jwoww: The Jersey Shore reality star, Jwoww, made her debut this past Thursday on iMPACT! by taking out new TNA Knockout Cookie!

Jersey Shore, BITCH!
As you can see from the video here, TNA isn’t waiting till Thursday to air the segment featuring new TNA Knockout, Cookie (aka Becky Bayless) and Jersey Shore star, JWoww. From the little preview, it looks intense and I can’t wait to see the full segment!
Also, word on the street is that JWoww is currently in talks with TNA management for a more permanent position in the company.
